Intangible cultural heritage is an important tourism resource at home and abroad. And the foreignrelated English teaching has been the blind spot of education in China. Therefore, this article conformed to the needs of the times, the fusion of foreign tourism English teaching and intangible cultural heritage based on network perspective was researched, which had a very good role in promoting the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the relevant reform of foreign-related English teaching. In this paper, firstly, the present situation of the intangible cultural heritage tourism development was introduced. Secondly, the role of foreign-related English in the intangible cultural heritage tourism was introduced. Finally, the specific process of the fusion of foreign-related English teaching and intangible cultural heritage based on network perspective was introduced in detail, and furthermore, the mastery of foreign-related English writing norms of intangible cultural heritage was investigated. The test results showed that students in the experimental group had a good understanding on the formal and concise characteristics of the foreign-related English papers. The application of the fusion of foreign-related English teaching and intangible cultural heritage based on the network perspective had broad application prospects in the tourism field.
