Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es llamar la atención sobre ciertos elementos que permitan recuperar e iluminar la discusión contemporánea en que los saberes y prácticas asociadas al acto de comer pasan a estar entre los que son percibidos como manifestaciones del Patrimonio Cultural. The goal of this essay is to highlight certain elements that can revive and revitalise the contemporary debate in which knowledge and customs associated with the act of eating are considered valuable expressions of cultural heritage.
