As the concept and practice of the protection of intangible cultural heritage are gradually deepening, Chinese traditional condiments have also entered into the perspective of intangible cultural heritage because of their unique craftsmanship and long history. Many traditional condiment enterprises seek the balance between their industrial development and cultural inheritance in the context of the intangible cultural heritage and the environment of changing market. Through conducting a reasonable review of the different development modes of seasoning brewing enterprises at home and abroad, this paper examines the value demands and breakthroughs of inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage condiments. Taking the innovative development practice of the condiment enterprises as a reference, it is proposed that the traditional condiment enterprises should follow the path of innovative development combined with creative reconstruction and modernization. |
