China is an ancient state that owns profound historical culture, Chinese culture even deserves to be praised by descendant, but with economic society rapidly development, fast pace of life, let people to ignore protection of Chinese intangible cultural heritage, these behaviors cause many Chinese excellent culture to disappear without a trace, therefore through researching on Huangmei opera cultural protection, it arouses people s protection consciousness. The paper utilizes numerical analysis method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method to make concrete analysis and researches on the development of Huangmei opera that China applied for intangible cultural heritage long time ago, and studies from multiple perspectives, finally finds that national investment on its protection, Hubei province relative units responsibility, tourism development, public advertisement propaganda, improving residents protection consciousness of intangible heritage, number of Huangmei opera cultural heirs these six main factors are principal factors that affect its protection and development, and further gets tourism development is upmost factor of them, tourism development not only will drive local industry, economy, culture, politics, life rapidly development, but also lets more people to recognize, understand these precious cultural heritage that lies in the border, it is a matter of double benefits. In addition, the paper also proposes to make further publicity on Chinese excellent culture by television, network that provides references for Chinese Huangmei opera protection and development.
