Resumen

The study analyzed the dietary culture of Fujian province from diet structure, dietary flavor and dietary habits, and listed the current status of the protection of dietary intangible cultural heritage, there was not enough excavation and protection and a small number of them. The article held that dietary culture should be listed as an intangible cultural heritage for protection.
