Non-material cultural heritage is a variety of traditional cultural manifestations that are passed by generations to generations of all peoples and it is the essence of Chinese national culture, the symbol of national wisdom, and the crystallization of national spirit. But with the global integration process, U time faster exchange of information,vast amounts of information content to the traditional, slow-paced non-material cultural heritage caused great shock, Yunnan Province of the intangible cultural heritage protection, cultural and scientific information resources sharing, open access to information the have conducted some useful attempts, these efforts should be affirmed with the building, but there are issues more worthy of analysis and exploration. Therefore, the study was to construct the exchange of intangible cultural heritage protection platform, expand access to shared information resources and opening up channels is imperative.
