The new law 6/2019 of basque cultural heritage. some reflections on its scope and contents

This article highlights some relevant aspects of the new Basque Cultural Heritage Law 6/2019. It is about the notion of cultural heritage, much more open and generalist than the last legal text. Instruments for the cataloging of cultural property are also studied, the inter-institutional body of Basque Cultural Heritage and the Intangible Cultural Heritage.
