A large number of existing archives has 400 years of history, many historical documents have been damaged to varying degrees for a long period. How to transform these precious cultural and historical records into electronic documents which can be stored permanently has become a pressing matter of the moment. However, there is a little research on Manchu. The research of printed Manchu character recognition technology, and have very important historical significance to inherit and carry forward the minority culture, study the history of Qing Dynasty, inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage, promote the common prosperity of all ethnic groups.
