Las manifestaciones representativas del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial en el marco de la Ley de Salvaguardia del PCI 0/2015: valores y motivos de su declaración

In this article dedicated to the Representations of Intangible Cultural Heritage, the cultural values of the demonstrations are dealt with first, emphasizing their characteristics both from the point of view of the individual and the protagonist group. Secondly, this new declaration figure in Law 10/2015 is analyzed, exposing the circumstances that must occur for its declaration, as well as its procedure. In the third section, the objectives of the National Plan for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage that affect said Manifestations are developed. Finally, three recently declared Manifestations are listed as they are: the esparto culture in Spain, the manual ringing of bells and blown glass in Spain, highlighting in them the motives and values that have been taken into account for their declaration.
