Facts and realities of the peoples Imbabura s Kichwas: from the history, the ancient territory, the constitution and indicators of development, in the last decade.

The article entitled "Facts and Realities of the Peoples of Kichwas in Imbabura: from the History, the Ancestral Territory, the Constitution and Development Indicators, in the last decade, has allowed to define the age, origin, historical events, and territory of the peoples Otavalo, Karanki and Natabuela, from the analysis of different theories. In addition, it increases the visibility of its inclusion in the Constitution, which has been achieved on the basis of the organization and struggle of the peoples and nationalities, to consecrate and claim their rights. The communities originating, have suffered some transformations along the history, which have gone in favour of autonomy, representativeness, ethnic, cultural and indigenous leadership oriented to the collective construction. However, the peoples of kichwas coexist in a territory pluricultural and multicultural, which has generated the inevitable acculturation. The government, indigenous peoples and nationalities keep the political discourse of the interculturality, although, in reality, we still don t have the full dialogue, the necessary coordination, integration and coexistence enriched between cultures, because, overlapping interests and individual politicians.
