| Abstract |
Palencia is the most unknown and the least touristic capital city in Castilla y León. The gastronomic heritage is a key value to boost tourist destinations offfered for historical, artistic or natural reasons.Only by spreading the uniqueness and excellence of the cultural heritage of Palencia and its province and improving its offer, could it be possible to overcome the situation in 2018, when a new chapter of the Ages of Man will be held in Aguilar de Campoo. |
