The "gachamiga dura" is a popular food in some regions of Spain. Around it develops a festive-diner and anthropological ritual that has a great value. The speculative association that all entails its elaboration with of the ritual s stages according to Turner, helps provide of anthropological arguments this food. Moreover, appear clearly another anthropological factor to consider such as commensality, be it family or festive. An association, at first sight incredible, that aims to rescue one of the festive-diner situations of our intangible heritage.
