Resumen |
This article deals with the topic of intangible heritage, highlighting the link with the established tradition of Italian business law and the profound divergence in the light of the irrelevance of any pretence of individual or collective "authorship" in terms of works of folklore, according to the teaching of Jakobson and Bogatyrev. It also emphasises the convergence of several issues relating to traditional intangible heritage with the recent debate on copyright and the online dissemination of written, audio and visual deliverables. |
