With the development of urbanization, the environmental renewal problem of urban historic districts is becoming more and more prominent, and the inheritance environment of traditional intangible cultural heritage in many places is also face with severe challenges. In the process of the historic district renewal, based on symbiotic concept through reasonable and effective way of protecting intangible cultural heritage inheritance environment, how to achieve the symbiotic win-win survival environment under the background of new era, becomes the main problem in this paper, and it is combined with the dragon-boat cultural heritage protection practice.
