With the development of The Times, the development of information technology is accelerating, rapidly into the life, learning in all fields. Under the background of information technology, the dissemination and development of intangible cultural heritage and the development of non-heritage products have been updated. Therefore, a new way of developing intangible cultural heritage should be set up to make it highly compatible with the development of cultural and creative products, so as to build a new development pattern of mutual promotion, integration and reciprocity between intangible cultural heritage culture and cultural and creative products. This paper analyzes the concept of non-heritage products and the value of the combination of intangible cultural heritage and cultural creation, and discusses the development strategy of non-heritage products based on information technology for reference.
