This paper seeks to establish digital financial inclusion s connection with intangible cultural heritage (ICH) in Zhuxian Town Kaifeng City for the year 2013–2023. It is found that digital financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on cultural heritage protection, and the development of digital financial inclusion is conducive to the promotion of cultural heritage protection. The moderating effects of entrepreneurial activities and education level are significant, and entrepreneurial activities and education level help to enhance the effect of digital financial inclusion on cultural heritage protection.
