Recently, the number of Intangible Cultural Heritage Training Centers established by each local government has increased by about 5 per year for 10 years. In relation with this, the Cultural Heritage Administration first implemented the project of arranging art and culture education instructors to enhance professionalism and efficiency in the operation of training centers nationwide. This project is designed to receive an application from the persons who acquired art and culture education instructor level 2 license and have completed national intangible cultural heritage, performing service and salary management through the relevant local government, and conducting a job competency strengthening workshop at the National Intangible Heritage Center.However, even if the Culture and Arts Education Support Act specifies the displacement of more than one art and culture education instructor at the training center, it undesirable for each local government to Selection is voluntary, not forced. In terms of research subjects and research methods, a total of eight people, including art and culture education instructors and job volume education managers, were interviewed by 1 phone call \& 1 email per participant(About 2 weeks from July 2021). The researcher explained to them about manpower supply, contract type and period, salary and welfare, capacity building education, and network construction.According to the study, respondents were dissatisfied with most of the items, including manpower placement, contractual terms and salaries, and wanted to improve employment and treatment in a continuous and stable type. They also responded that it is necessary to expand information exchange and communication by establishing regular supplementary education and network between educators. |
