Ceremonia religiosa de bendición de los afrodescendientes a la zafra en Ingenio Azucarero en Cienfuegos, Cuba

This research aims to describe the sociocultural perspective from a religious ritual of blessing to the sugar harvest, made by people of African descent in a mill in the province Cienfuegos in Cuba. The study aims to interpret the meanings of the ceremony dedicated to the main techno-production process and where workers from Central and neighbors of the community, exclusive owner of that protocol pertaining to intangible heritage involved.
