This paper derives from a research about the changes in peasant societies Boyaca, is a case study related to the incorporation of wine growing in the regional agricultural traditions. The mobility concept, territory, understood as climate, soil, subsoil and culture, strengthened by the information and globalization, is comparable with the term ethnosphere community asset or system peasants demand recognition and protection. The incorporation of vineyards in the agricultural traditions of Boyacá, let perceive the emergence of the ongoing transformation of the concept as reported by press institutions, requires information and reviews the tradition of appellations of origin, applied to farming, are codes to achieve political opportunities while the increase in wine consumption means popularization of the elites.
