This study was confirmed as follows when it derives the contents related to cultural value, policy and activity plan and vision of Taekkyon.,First, the media promotion of Taekkyon group is to create an optimal environment for achieving the purpose by exposing the business, policy, and event through the media. The performance and promotion process through the overseas distribution of Taekkyon group should be made efforts to inform the excellence of Taekkyon through overseas performances.,Second, the overseas distribution of traditional martial arts Taekkyon was not activated more than other sports, and the reason for this was not institutionalized according to the revision of international game rules as a single sports.,This should be reestablished as a universal value of globalization as a human cultural heritage.,Third, the environmental analysis of domestic and foreign Taekkyon should be presented by securing and presenting new paths for fostering Taekkyon, a traditional physical culture of our nation, and overseas dissemination in macroscopic aspects. Considering the reality, the government should protect, nurture and promote Taekkyon legally and institutionally.,In conclusion, it is necessary to present the diversity and identity of the physical culture of the Taekwondo people to find the globalization plan of Taekwondo, a traditional Korean sport.,Through this, it is possible to form an organization that unites the traditional martial arts Taekkyon with a unified training system and a united organization for globalization. |
