A Study on the Formation of Intangible Cultural Heritage System and Policy Management System in China

This article has studied in depth the formation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage system in terms of historical context. Through this, it analyzes the environmental factors of the Chinese intangible cultural heritage system and the characteristics of each historical period. This article concludes the characteristics of the intangible cultural heritage management system through the analysis of the management structure and policy status of the intangible cultural heritage.The analysis results of the institutionalization process and policy management system of Chinese cultural heritage institutions are as follows: First, it promotes the organization of relevant laws and regulations for the protection of intangible cultural heritage. Second, the political factors have impacted the enactment of the intangible cultural heritage laws. Third, it expands the funding for the protection and management of the intangible cultural heritage. Fourth, a specialized institution has been set up for the protection and management of intangible cultural heritage. Fifth, a rating system and integrative protection in the management of the intangible cultural heritage has been implemented. Sixth, Intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities has been paid special attention.
