Traditional and customary courts as legal-procedural models

The Water Court of Valencia and the Council of Good Men of the Huerta de Murcia are the best known and most respected institutions in the Spanish Mediterranean for their cultural and legal merits. In the present work its merits as cultural heritage and as a procedural model are explained, in the context of the set of irrigation or water courts.
