The Evolution and Inheritance of Yunnan Heqing Longzhu Baimian Paper Technology

Based on fieldwork, this paper introduced the general situation, history, products, technical process of the traditional handmade paper process of Longzhu village of Heqing in Yunnan. Based on the evolution of handmade paper process in this village in the last 60 years, the changes and its reasons of technical process, tools, additives, production period, paper size were analyzed and compared, then the paper also put forth measures and ideas of protection, inheritance, development of this traditional handmade paper process, such as effective combination of ecological environment protection and historical and cultural inheritance, strengthen training of practitioners, encouraging innovation and establishing brand.
