This study was to deduce problems of the current situation and to propose components for the development of curriculum for more effective transfer education in JwasuyungEobangNory. To do this, this study conducted in-depth interviews with the education assistants and the completes participating in the training course for intangible cultural heritage, and based on the interviews, the results were as follows: First, the problems were the incorrect training schedule and time for education, performance-oriented practice, the lack of self-reflection for classes, and the lack of membership \& leadership. these were pointed out as the reason why effective classes were difficult. Second, the elements of the curriculum development presented theoretical classes for studying basic knowledge and cultivation of their attitude, watching performances to enhance understanding performance, training under the leather of the part, and education of teaching methods.
