The Construction of the Representative Successors Institution for Ethnic Chinese

The lack of international perspective and low-proficiency of foreign language has limited the majority of representative successor of domestic Chinese to promote intangible cultural heritage to the world. Under the background of "The Belt and Road Initiative", the overseas Chinese has natural advantages that promote Chinese intangible cultural heritage "better to go out", yet the population of overseas Chinese is smaller compared with ethnic Chinese, and narrow distribution range. In addition, except for construction of system of representative successors of overseas Chinese, China is still necessary to build a system of representative system of ethnic Chinese. Chinese government should confer a title named "representative successors" to ethnic Chinese who is familiar with the inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage and foreign situation and so on for inheritance and dissemination of Chinese intangible cultural heritage, which will improve the Chinese cultural soft power and the overseas Chinese national cohesion.
