Patrimonios culturales en riesgo, ¿causa perdida o pérdida con causa?

This essay analyzes the collection of cultural heritage carried out by the Secretariat of Culture of the State of Hidalgo in the cultural region known as "Altiplanicie Pulquera", which examine the factors that potentiate the loss of cultural heritage, with a main focus on intangible cultural heritage. It also mentions the management capacity of the peoples to with their traditions, as well as the harm of intervention with paternalistic bases beyond being actions based on field work and research. El presente ensayo analiza el patrimonio cultural recopilado por la Secretaría de Cultura del Estado de Hidalgo, de la región cultural conocida como “Altiplanicie Pulquera". Se revisan las causas que propician la pérdida de estos patrimonios culturales, principalmente desde su perspectiva inmaterial. Se analiza también la capacidad de gestión de los pueblos para con sus propias tradiciones y el perjuicio que trae consigo la intervención paternalista en yuxtaposición a acciones sustentadas en el trabajo de campo y la investigación.
