Resumen |
This article is based on the roundtable discussion that took place at the Inaugural International Council for Traditional Music Symposium on Indigenous Music and Dance, held online on 2 December 2022. The roundtable aimed to discuss the ongoing Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Inscription work in Taiwan and further reflect upon the status quo of Indigenous cultural heritage preservation from the perspective of social inclusion. All the invited discussants are cultural bearers who have been recognized as Art Masters, transmitters, or transmitting groups of respective National and Important ICH items inscribed by the Bureau of Cultural Heritage of the Taiwanese government. |
