Management for sustainability in the historic center of Mompox-Colombia

Colombia has claimed the protection of tangible heritage from the Ministry of Culture with the Special Plans of Management and Protection PEMP, there are 44 historic centers declared throughout the country, which contribute to the survival of intangible heritage, but articulation of technical nature of the PEMP with the POT Plan of Territorial Organization of each city is still scarce, the city of Mompox is analyzed, identifying the difficulties, the lack of resources and the lack of management. Exploratory and descriptive research works from qualitative and quantitative fields.
