Abstract

This study aims to record the production and sales methods of foods, which have been produced for centuries in Cypriot gastronomic culture and sold on the streets, and to introduce them in electronic medium. Our work also aims to protect and record the intangible cultural heritage of the Cypriot cultural property and transmit it to future generations. In the first part of the work, the concepts of Gastronomy, Gastronomy Tourism, Electronic Promotion and Street Flavor are explained. In these part, Cyprus street foods production receips, sales methods and the tools used in the sale of the street foods. In the third part, there is a web site application which will be prepared about the promotion of the products which are widely produced in Cyprus and sold on the street in electronic medium. In the conclusion section, suggestions are made about the preservation of the food and beverages cultivated on the streets in Cyprus gastronomic culture and related to the transfer to future generations.
