Abstract

There are 56 ethnic groups in China, and the Dong ethnic group is one of the 55 ethnic minorities. The traditional music of the Dong group has been developed and passed down over the long history of China to form a unique performance system. Its musical genres have also become increasingly diverse. The Dong group is an ethnic group that does not have its own ethnic writing, and the only way for them to pass on their culture is through songs. The purpose of this study is to reveal the historical importance of music through the Dong nationality s Daega , so that the national consciousness that ethnic minorities want to convey will not be forgotten by future generations. In addition, as a Dong people, the paper is to promote the folk intangible cultural heritage of the Dong group to a wider audience through a transnational study of the musical culture of the Daega , which is owned by the Dong group, one of China s ethnic minorities, and to provide a to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent research of the Dong group. Finally, to preserve the musical value of the minority group, while making the cultural heritage into a documentary material to pass on to future generations. By studying the lyrical content contained in the six major types of Daega in the Dong group: Go-ru Daega, Sound Daega, Narrative Daega, Child s voice Daega, Etiquette and Custom Daega, Operatic Daega. The lifestyle, social norms, and moral ethics in the lyrical content of the 6 types of songs are analyzed to study the development background and social \& culture s value of the Daega of the Dong ethnic group. Interviews were conducted with inheritors, singers, and experts in the Dong region by interview method. At present, the better inherited ones are the Go-ru Daega and the Sound Daega, and the other Daega types have been gradually forgotten by the impact of life. To sum up, Some reasonable schemes are put forward.
