Under the background of information technology, the dissemination and development of intangible cultural heritage and the development of non-heritage products have been updated. Therefore, a new way of developing intangible cultural heritage should be set up to make it highly compatible with the development of cultural and creative products, so as to build a new development pattern of mutual promotion, integration and reciprocity between intangible cultural heritage culture and cultural and creative products.
