Ultimately, an effective evaluation model for ICH immersive experiences is generated. The study will 1) analyse the key touchpoints of immersive experiences in display design. 2) conduct in-depth interviews with 21 leading experts in fields related to this study using the Delphi method to understand the indicator factors that influence the evaluation model. 3) form an indicator system for the evaluation model through AHP weighting analysis. 4) ultimately generate an evaluation model to enhance the immersive experience of ICH. This study is expected to provide an academic reference and operational guidelines in designing immersive experience display spaces in museums to help disseminate and inherit intangible cultural heritage. a978-3-031-34731-3 978-3-031-34732-0
