In addition, it increases the visibility of its inclusion in the Constitution, which has been achieved on the basis of the organization and struggle of the peoples and nationalities, to consecrate and claim their rights. The communities originating, have suffered some transformations along the history, which have gone in favour of autonomy, representativeness, ethnic, cultural and indigenous leadership oriented to the collective construction. However, the peoples of kichwas coexist in a territory pluricultural and multicultural, which has generated the inevitable acculturation. The government, indigenous peoples and nationalities keep the political discourse of the interculturality, although, in reality, we still don t have the full dialogue, the necessary coordination, integration and coexistence enriched between cultures, because, overlapping interests and individual politicians.  a1988-5261
