This article uses digital dynamic technologies such as computer image and video processing to construct a twin scene of rural cultural heritage, achieving multimodal, digital storage protection, and modern innovation of rural cultural connotations. On the one hand, the scene construction of rural intangible cultural heritage based on 2D animation technology realizes the modern restoration of rural intangible heritage through static painting and animation; On the other hand, the construction of rural material culture heritage scenes based on 3D animation technology realizes the digital reality application of rural cultural scenes through the method of object restoration and presentation. Finally, the commercial value and potential applications of rural cultural heritage were explored.
