In this context traditional food is used as a case study. Digital mapping offers a possibility to analyze heritage information in the spatial and temporal context and to engage immensely in a digital world. GIS is a technology that can provide spatially and temporally dynamic maps where one can better understand how a place truly changes from period to period and provide a framework for showing and analyzing context in terms of what was happening around a particular time and place. Digital cultural map is one of widely used means of distributing information about different cultural areas.}, volume = {8}, number = {11}, pages = {69-74}, issn = {14479508 (ISSN)}, url = {https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84863677988&doi=10.18848%2f1447-9508%2fcgp%2fv08i11%2f43046&partnerID=40&md5=d94c3328ccd3e21a95728a7523c1785f}, doi = {10.18848/1447-9508/cgp/v08i11/43046}, note = {Publisher: Common Ground Research Networks}, }
