Approach to studies on religious families in Cienfuego s city

This paper addresses the importance of the sociocultural perspective for the study of popular religious families of the Osha Rule in Cienfuegos, from anthropological, historical and philosophical considerations. It focuses on the interpretation of the elements that make up religious families that can be used for their study, also contains the state of the art of research carried out in this area from an exploratory study and the use of the qualitative paradigm for the determination of the universes that identify the practice, interactions and popular religious patterns of these Ile de Ocha family as an expression of intangible heritage.
