Abstract

Seasoning culture is an important part of Chinese dietary culture, only truly understand and cherish seasoning culture, can we inherit and develop it. With a long historical development stage, each region has its unique seasoning culture; we can cherish and inherit seasoning culture through using local resources, protecting time-honored restaurants and intangible cultural heritage and so on.
