Abstract |
In the process of digitizing and preserving intangible cultural heritage (ICH), the exploration of innovative integration with various new media has become a hot topic in the industry. Games have gradually emerged as a new opportunity for the dissemination and learning of intangible heritage. This study, starting from the perspective of gamifying intangible heritage, explores the implementation path of gamified intangible heritage based on the game paradigm of Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction (ARCS). It aims to enhance the potential for the general public to actively engage with and explore intangible heritage, fostering interest and motivation. Using Cantonese Porcelain as a practical example, this research deeply integrates traditional cultural elements with gaming elements, providing new insights for the digital inheritance of intangible heritage and the dissemination of digital games. |
