AB - Intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of human wisdom in long-term practice, and is a precious cultural resource of the nation. The emergence of new media technology provides the possibility for the digital display of intangible cultural heritage, and promotes the development and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. Intangible heritage culture is an excellent and splendid traditional culture of the Chinese nation, which needs to be continuously inherited and carried forward. The application of new media technology provides innovative ways and channels for the digital display of intangible culture. The information age has brought opportunities to the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Qinghai Province. Many traditional arts and cultures can not be effectively preserved because of the limitations of communication methods. Therefore, intangible cultural heritage should also be digitally improved with the help of modern library platform. In view of the present situation of non-genetic heritage protection in Qinghai Province, this paper explores the inheritance and protection strategies of Qinghai intangible cultural heritage based on the digital platform of the library, and through the application of Internet and digital technology, so as to give full play to the intangible historical, artistic and educational value of Qinghai.
