To achieve this analysis, a brief description of the relationship between memory and conflict is made; then there is a definition of historical memory in the framework of transitional justice; subsequently, the role of the Memory Centers is interpreted from the point of view of international law, its conception as part of the cultural and intangible heritage of humanity; and finally, the idea of a general clause of material immutability of the Memory Centers is raised. a2216-1767
