In terms of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage handicrafts, digital technology provides a new way for the preservation and inheritance of crafts. The innovative display form not only brings the spread of intangible cultural heritage but also enriches the emotional experience of traditional handicraft learners to a larger extent. Also, the new era characterized by new computer technology changes the cultural tourism interaction form. Travelers can buy tickets online, do shopping on a virtual digital platform, or perceive the corresponding cultural connotation of tourism. In this context, a virtual cultural tourism platform was designed based on the concept of metauniverse. The basic concept of metauniverse was analyzed to create the design of cultural tourism scenes, including smooth interaction guidance, reasonable behavior motivation, and design strategy of scene emotion feedback layer. The virtual reality (VR) intangible heritage technology game design under the meta cosmic horizon included scene description, user activity scene construction, and evaluation of experience satisfaction design. The metauniverse was combined with the scene theory of communication, the experiential learning theory of education, and the Kano model of management. The result provides a basis for further research and application in the interaction design.
