The role of university libraries in rescuing and disseminating identity and cultural heritage is an essential link in the conservation of the historical memory of humanity, and of the university itself, implies a recognition of the social historical memory and community. The research approach allows us to highlight the role that libraries play in preserving knowledge for future generations.  a0006-176X
