The methodological investigation carries out a detailed study of the existing sources, from a theoretical and practical point of view. Almost 900 sources have been found, and a study has been carried out on the exact location of the source and the historical and natural characteristics, highlighting the stories associated with each of the sources. The social perspective of natural water springs is vindicated, as an element of assessment that aims to recover the culture of the source: traditions, customs and habits that are carried out with the sources and water as protagonists.  a2340-7743
