To find out the validity of Cultural Communication perception this research has conducted the survey of the Chinese students in South Korea about the cultural commonness between Korea and China as well as literature review. The results are like below.Firstly, the Cultural Communication means the relationship among the cultural media who are conscious of sociality, and needs the elements of mutuality, equivalence, all directions and nondiscrimination. Secondly, the perception of sharing of the Intangible Cultural Heritage is more closed to the meaning of public ownership than joint ownership. In particular, a case of the Intangible Cultural Heritage which is not clear the boundary of the territory has a strong characteristic of public ownership. Lastly, according to the survey many of the Korean traditional culture is very similar to the Chines culture. The results show that a new view on the Cutural Communication is an urgent need and an effective way to solve the cultural competition in the East-North Asian countries. a1598-1010
