Estrategias para el desarrollo ecoturístico en la subregión sur del Magdalena, Cesar y Bolívar

This article shows the application of a development potential approach in the sub-region of the Magdalena, Cesar and Bolívar departments. The application of the approach is to the ecotourism development of six municipalities in that region. The methodology is mixed, in a dialogic framework. The results will allow to develop proposals aimed at identifying the tangible and intangible heritage of the Magdalena, Cesar and Bolívar subregion, within a framework of glocalization and sustainable development. The conjugation of two macrovariables is found, those of the Theory of Development Potentialities and the others, corresponding to Ecotourism. The result of the application of a survey to 300 people from six municipalities is presented. With the result obtained of 2.3; It can be inferred that ecotourism is not considered as a productive bet for the subregion, considering more agriculture and commercial matters
