Resumen |
Linguistic diversity refers to the recognition and appreciation of the different languages and dialects present in the European Union as an essential part of its intangible cultural heritage. In this text, a Spanish case is presented before the Court of Justice of the EU, where it is established that linguistic diversity deserves protection and promotion, allowing Member States to take necessary measures to preserve and foster languages. This contributes to safeguarding cultural wealth and promoting linguistic equality at the European level. Likewise, the impact of this judgment on the national level will be analyzed. |
