The present work is inserted in the theme of Intangible Cultural Heritage, its recognition, assessment and preservation. The recognition and appreciation not only of its cultivators and creators, but also of the community, as well as the idea of preservation, such as that social and cultural continuity that implies the selection of rites, customs and traditions and their repetition in the act daily, as well as in presentation and recreation.
