Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City has rich intangible cultural heritage resources, and it has unique conditions to protect and develop intangible cultural heritage to enable rural revitalization. In this paper, SPSS software and GIS spatial analysis technology are used to deeply comb and analyze the overall distribution, structural distribution and spatial distribution characteristics of the intangible cultural heritage projects in Zengcheng District. The results show that the intangible cultural heritage resources in Zengcheng are abundant, and the level structure is mainly district-level and city-level, while the national and provincial level are relatively few. Its type structure has the distribution characteristics of echelon and agglomeration. The regional spatial distribution is quite different. The eastern, central and northern parts of Zengcheng District show a ladder pattern from high to low, while the northern, central and southern parts show more distribution at two ends and less distribution in the middle. The distribution and aggregation from the administrative area are obvious.
