There is an inherent correspondence between adults education which beyond degree compensation education and the non-material cultural heritage. The new adult education will achieve non-material cultural heritage protection functions through the education content, teaching methods, teaching organization form, ect .Of course, To make adult education protection for the intangible cultural heritage of the function can be fully realized, adult education system itself has to be innovated on education content, teachers team, education funds, education implementation agencies funded and other aspects of innovation.The transmission of culture, development and innovation is an unobtainable part of the social development; and protection of intangible cultural heritage of socio-cultural inheritance and development was of special importance. Protection of the intangible cultural heritage is not only one of the most important content to maintain cultural diversity, but the foundation of contemporary social culture innovation. Starting from an education standpoint, linkage and interaction between education and culture determine the educational activities will play its specific functions in the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage. However, the education system is made of all sorts of levels and properties, these different levels, different properties of the education activities play different roles in the protection of the intangible cultural heritage. Only in terms of adult education, the protection of intangible cultural heritage is the nature of the inner fit, but also to provide new ideas for the innovation of adult education.
