Resumen |
Tourism is usually seen as an opportunity for the development of the local handicraft; it helps generating incomes that contribute in the maintenance of spaces and to nurture the skills. In this article, we will examine the reality on the ground of a public action that aims to promote the local handicraft in the tourism sector through the renovation of ancient crafts foundouks. Beyond examining the real effects of this strategy, we also question the processes and logic of the heritage construction that may lead to the desappropriation of the spaces and the change in practices. |
